To make a claim for an unexpected charge on your parking, you'll need to complete the Claims form and attach a copy of your receipt or financial statement showing the charge you wish to query.
If you are stuck in a car park and require immediate assistance with entry or exit, press the intercom button on the pay machine or boom gate to speak with our 24/7 ParkWatch team.
For all other queries, call our National Customer Care Team 1800 PARKING (1800 727 546) and follow the prompts. To be connected to the correct support team, select one of the following options:
Press 0 - If you're stuck in a car park
Press 1 - Online Bookings enquiries, cancellations or requesting a refund
Press 2 - Like to enquire about a new monthly parking subscription or a Business Account
Press 3 - Enquiry about an existing parking account that is invoiced monthly, requesting additional cards, bays, assistance logging into your account or about your invoice
Press 4 - General parking enquiries regarding our car parks such as opening hours, parking rates etc..
Press 5 - Parking Breaches
Press 6 – Reporting an Incident in a car park
Press 7 - For all other general enquiries
