What is the grace period and how is it applied?

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances may delay your entry to, or exit from, a car park.

Most online products have a 1-hour grace period before the selected entry time and following the selected exit time. This means you can arrive up to 1 hour earlier and exit up to 1 hour later than the selected exit time.
