How do I create an Online Account?

It's easy to create an Online Account with Wilson Parking. Once you have signed up through our Prepaid Parking Platform or the App, you can access all our online products.

Sign up using the Wilson Parking App

1. Open the Wilson Parking App.
2. From the home screen, click Join for free.
3. Complete your name and email address details, or
4. Sign up with your Social Media account:

• Apple
• Google
• Facebook.

Note: If you sign up with your email address, you will need to verify your email before using the App​​​​​.

Sign up on the Wilson Parking Website

1. Navigate to the Prepaid Parking website.
2. Make your first online transaction.
3. Before finalising your transaction, you will be prompted to set up an account.
4. You can use your email address, or connect your Social Media account:
   • Apple
   • Google
   • Facebook.

Remember the way that you created your account, as this is the way you will need to access your account for all future transactions.  

Note: If you already have a Wilson Parking Card PAYG account and have created a sign-in via the Members Service Centre, you can use these same login credentials to log into the app or Prepaid Parking Platform.
