I've lost my Wilson Parking Card, how do I order a new one?

Wilson Parking Cards replacement, or alternative access devices, can be requested via the Members Service Centre for a fee of $33, including GST, per device.

To submit a request, follow these steps:

1. Go to Manage Parkers.
2. Select Parker List.
3. Next to the parker for whom you want to make the request, click Replace Access Device.
4. If needed, add a comment.
5. Click Submit.

Your request will be processed and our Sales Team will contact you to confirm the card delivery timeframe and any applicable charges to your account.
