When you first enter or update your payment card in our online systems, we perform a $0.01 transaction to verify that the card is valid. You may see a transaction line similar to the below on your transaction history:
Your payment card has not been charged, this is a temporary measure to verify its authenticity. The pending status means the transaction has not been fully processed and once the verification process is complete, the $0.01 pending transaction will disappear from your statement.
If you notice any unauthorised charges or if the pending transaction remains on your statement for an extended period, please contact our Customer Care Team or your bank to investigate.
