We strive to manage our parking facilities efficiently to ensure that spaces are available for our valued customers, but other factors may occasionally impact the parking availability such as:
- customers exceeding their prepaid durations
- peak usage times
- external events
- other unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event a space is not available at the car park, please use our intercom located near the boom gate, or call 1800 727 546 and choose Option 0, to notify our team.
We will make every endeavour to find a suitable alternative location or provide you with a full refund of your online parking transaction.
