How can I view a tax invoice?

Prepaid Transactions
For all Prepaid transactions made online or through the app, your tax invoice will be emailed to the email address associated with your account at the time of payment.
If you need a copyof a tax invoice, you will need to login to your online account through the web browser and, under My Account, locate your Parking History.

Note: If you prepaid online through the website, you can not get a copy of your invoice via theApp.

Pay by App Parking
For all Pay by App session parking transactions, your tax invoice will be emailed to the email address associated with your account at the time of your payment transaction.
If you need a copy of your invoice, follow these steps.

1. In the Account menu of the Wilson Parking App, go to the Parking history section to view all past transactions.
2. Select a past parking session.
3. Click Email invoice.

You can email a copyof yourtax invoiceto yourself or to another email address.
