What if I need to cancel or amend my Daily Pass transaction?

If you need to modify or cancel your prepaid parking transaction due to any errors or changes in your circumstances, we’ll return the Daily Pass back to your account.

You can reuse the Pass to prepay for parking again or use it at a later date within your Bundle expiry.

Note:

• Prepaid transactions can be cancelled or amended up to 1 hour before the parking entry time.
• Once purchased, the Daily Pass Bundle is non-refundable.
