Most bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the booking entry time for a full refund of the online parking fee and booking fee.
If you have chosen to receive your confirmation via SMS, the SMS fee will not be refunded should you change or cancel your booking.
If you make a booking, with less than 1 hour's notice, you will be unable to change or cancel the booking.
To Cancel/amend a booking through the App:
- Go to the Wilson Parking App home screen
- Tap "Manage Booking" in the upcoming booking card at the top of the screen
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Change" to amend or cancel the booking
- If you are changing your booking, your original booking will be refunded and you will be redirected to make a new booking
To Cancel/amend a booking through the Online Platform:
- Login here to your online booking account using your email address and password
- Select "My Account" from the top navigation bar
- From your recent booking, select the invoice number of the booking you wish to amend or cancel
- Choose "Cancel Booking" or "Amend Booking" in the bottom right corner. Your booking will be refunded to your credit card.
- If you are amending your booking, you will be redirected to make a new booking
