You can change or cancel most prepaid parking transactions, just follow these simple instructions.
How do I amend my transaction?
Prepaid Parking can be changed up to 1 hour prior to the selected entry time.
To change your transaction:
1. Go to the Wilson Parking App home screen
2. Tap Manage in the upcoming parking at the top of the screen
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Change.
How do I cancel my transaction?
Prepaid parking can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the selected entry time for a full refund of the Prepaid Parking Fee and Transaction Fee. If you have chosen to receive your confirmation via SMS, the SMS fee will not be refunded should you cancel your transaction. If you prepay your parking, with less than 1 hours' notice, you will be unable to cancel it.

2. Tap Manage in the upcoming parking card at the top of the screen
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Cancel.

There are a few simple steps to follow when you arrive at the car park.

3. Scroll down to the heading When you arrive and swipe through the steps.
What if I need to stay longer than my prepaid parking?
If you have a prepaid and need to stay longer at the car park, you can still exit using your credit card. The system will recognise your prepaid period and then charge the casual parking rates for the additional time that you remain parked.
