Most prepaid transactions can be changed or canceled up to 1 hour before the selected entry time for a full refund of the online parking and transaction fee.
- If you change or cancel your prepaid transaction and chose to receive your confirmation via SMS, the SMS fee will not be refunded.
- If you make a prepaid transaction with less than 1-hour notice, you cannot change or cancel it.
Change or cancel my Prepaid parking transaction in the Wilson Parking App
- Go to the Wilson Parking App home screen.
- At the top of the screen, in the Upcoming Parking card, tap Manage.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Change or Cancel to amend or cancel the prepaid transaction.
- If you are changing your Prepaid parking transaction:
- your original prepaid transaction will be refunded
- you will be redirected to make a new prepaid transaction.
Change or cancel my Prepaid parking transaction via the Wilson Parking Website
- Log in to your account here using your email address and password.
- From the top navigation bar, select My Account.
- From your recent activity, select the invoice number of the transaction you want to amend or cancel.
- In the bottom right corner, choose Cancel or Amend.
- If you are amending your Prepaid parking transaction:
- your prepaid transaction will be refunded to your payment card
- you will be redirected to make a new prepaid transaction.
