Why can't I complete my prepaid transaction using CarPlay?

If you receive an error when you try to prepay your favourite car park with CarPlay, this may be because of the following.

• The parking product you typically prepay is unavailable at your usual date and time.
• There are no parking products available at your usual date and time.

When not driving your car, use the Wilson Parking App on your phone to complete your prepaid parking transaction.
