What is Spott?

You’re ready to go with Spott

Spott is the new way to access and pay for parking using vehicle recognition or by scanning a QR code using the Wilson Parking App.

You might have signed up for Spott yourself, or we’ve turned Spott on for you automatically when you prepaid or subscribed at a Spott enabled car park.

Three ways to park with Spott

1. Just drive into any Spott car park - we'll spot you and charge your stored payment card when you leave. Watch your session in the app.
2. Prepay in the app and enter using vehicle recognition or QR code. We’ll also enable Spott on your account, so you can drive in to any Spott enabled car park in the future.
3. Upgrade your Monthly Subscription to drive straight through without cards or taps.

Vehicle recognition at a glance
- Enable vehicle recognition for automatic entry and exit.
- First time driving a car? Scan the QR code at the gate to help Spott learn your vehicle.
- Avoid using vehicle recognition for shared or hire cars - one vehicle can only link to one account. Scan the QR code instead.
- You can manage this anytime under Account › Vehicles.

Spott isn't available everywhere just yet, but we're adding more car parks all the time.  Visit Find a Park and tap the Spott filter at the top to find Spott enabled car parks near you
