I entered the car park using Spott, but my app is showing the regular casual rates against my session.

When you enter a car park using Spott vehicle recognition or QR code, your active parking session will start as it normally does. The cost displayed in the Wilson Parking App will reflect what would be charged if you were to exit at that time. Once you have met the Spott Saver exit criteria, the Spott Saver rate will display.
