Email Verification is our process for confirming that you can access the email address you provide to us. This ensures you always have easy access to your account, and we can provide you with all the information you need when parking with us.
Verification is a one-time process; once your email address is verified, you will not need to verify again unless you open a new account with a new email address.
If you are a current Wilson Parking App user and have seen the below message that a verification code has been sent to your email, access your email account, and enter the six-digit code that has been sent to you.
If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder or try again in a few minutes.
If you can no longer access your email account, or your original email was entered incorrectly, you will need to create a new account with a valid email address to continue to use the Wilson Parking App.
If your email address is entered correctly, and you have not received the verification code at that email address, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team and request a manual verification.
If you are a new user signing up for a Wilson Parking account, a verification code will be sent via email to verify your email address. Enter the six-digit code received where indicated in the App to begin using the Wilson Parking App.
