We limit the number of times you can update your payment details within the app in a day. This error occurs when you have exceeded the number of allowed unique updates to your payment card each day. To protect you, your account, and your privacy, your Wilson Parking App account will be temporarily locked.
This lock will apply to all Wilson Parking App transactions.
A unique change may include changing from a physical card to a digitally stored payment card, switching between digitally stored cards such as multiple cards within your Apple Wallet, or adding new physical payment card.
An update to the expiry date of your preferred payment card will not count as a unique payment card update.
If you urgently need to re-gain access to your account or believe this block is in error, please contact the Customer Care Team who can assist you further.
