An unpaid session will occur in the app if we have been unable to process your payment for parking when you exited the car park, or your casual session stopped when a prepaid transaction started. This may be due to a network error, insufficient funds, or other issue with your payment card.
You won't be able to access a car park, or prepay using Spott until this session has been paid for.
You can pay for your unpaid session by following the prompts in the app, which may include updating your stored payment card details.
