Can someone else use my prepaid parking?

When you prepay for parking, you’ll need to nominate the vehicle that will be used.

If you plan to scan the QR code to enter, the driver must be logged into the same Wilson Parking App account that was used to prepay. Scanning the QR code won’t work from another account.

If you choose to use vehicle recognition, the first time that car parks with Spott, you’ll need to scan the QR code at the entry gate using the Wilson Parking App linked to that vehicle.

After that initial scan, anyone driving the car can enter and exit automatically using vehicle recognition.
