Why do you charge a platform fee?

The platform fee is charged on every transaction made through our online platforms, including the Wilson Parking App and the Wilson Parking website. 

This fee contributes to the costs of delivering our digital parking services, including prepaid parking, platform maintenance and ongoing service improvements.
