When you prepay for parking, our system uses your nominated payment card to link you to your transaction, and allow access to the car park. If your card expires before your selected entry time, you will not be able to use this card to access the car park.
If your card expires before the time you've selected to enter, you’ll need to update your payment details before completing your transaction.
How to Update Your Payment Card in the App
- Open the Wilson Parking App.
- Go to Account.
- Select Payment > Billing.
- Update your card details and save the changes.
Once your payment method is up to date, you can proceed with your booking and enjoy seamless access to the car park.
What about Apple Pay?
If you have received a new card, your bank should automatically update your Apple Pay details in your Apple Wallet. If your Apple Pay card is appearing as expired, you may need to remove the card details and add it to your wallet again. Alternatively, update to a physical payment card in the billing section in Account in the app.
