We've temporarily passed vehicle recognition for your vehicle because your Spott enabled vehicle has been added to another Wilson Parking account.
This can happen when:
1. You sell or loan this car to someone else who parks with us.
2. Another user accidentally types in the wrong licence plate.
3. You have two Wilson Parking accounts using the same car.
To avoid unexpected charges, we have temporarily paused vehicle recognition for your account, and all other users attempting to use this licence plate.
If you believe this was an error, you can re-enable vehicle recognition from the account screen. If you no longer have access to your vehicle, you can delete it from your account in the account screen.
Rest assured, your security remains our top priority. No other user has access to your account or personal or vehicle details.
