Vehicle recognition allows Spott to identify your car automatically when you enter or exit a Spott enabled car park.
When you enable it for a vehicle, Spott uses your car’s number plate to start and end your parking sessions so there’s no need to scan a QR code or do anything in the app. It's important that this information is accurate and up to date to ensure vehicle recognition works and payments are processed correctly.
You can manage vehicle recognition under Account › Vehicles.
If you share a car with others or drive a hire car, it’s best to leave vehicle recognition turned off.
