What is an active count up session?

The Wilson Parking App will start a count up session when you enter a Spott enabled car park using vehicle recognition or by scanning a QR code when you don't have a prepaid transaction or subscription at that car park. This session will automatically stop when you exit the car park, and your stored payment card charged for the duration of your stay in the car park. 

If you have a prepaid transaction at this site, but have entered before, or stayed longer than your nominated parking times, we will also start a count up session. This session will stop when your nominated entry time (plus grace period) arrives. If you have stayed longer, the session will automatically end when you exit the car park. 

You will be sent the tax invoice for payment via email once processed. You can resend your tax invoice through the account section of the app, and selecting Parking History
