How do I access my subscription parking using Spott?

If you have a monthly subscription at a Spott enabled car park, you can enter and exit either by scanning the QR code or, if available, using vehicle recognition.

Before you park
1. Log into the account used to purchase your Subscription Parking on the Wilson Parking App.
    You can confirm this under Account › Subscription Parking.
2. On the Wilson Parking App home screen, tap the Spott banner or Spott parking tile.
3. Confirm your payment card and vehicle details - and you’re ready to park with Spott.

At the car park
1. Scan the QR code at the gate, or
2. If vehicle recognition is enabled, the gates will open automatically when your car is recognised.

When it’s time to leave, simply drive out or scan the QR code at the exit gate.

💡 Tip: The first time you drive each car with Spott’s vehicle recognition, you’ll need to scan the QR code at the entry gate. This helps Spott recognise your car for future visits.
