If the gate doesn’t open automatically with vehicle recognition, don’t worry - you can still enter using the QR code.
1. Open the Wilson Parking App.
2. Tap the Scan button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Point your phone at the QR code on the entry column.
You can keep your windows up - the Wilson Parking App will detect the QR code, even from a distance.
For security, always scan QR codes only within the Wilson Parking App, not your phone’s camera or other QR code scanning app. This ensures you’re scanning a legitimate Wilson Parking QR code that’s safe to use.
If the gate doesn't open after scanning the QR code, ensure you are logged into the correct account on the Wilson Parking App and you have enabled Spott. If the gate still won't open, please take a ticket and contact our Customer Care Team for further support.
